All memberships are direct debit unless paying for a casual visit.
*Please note prices are quoted on a per-week basis. Cancellations require 30 days’ notice in writing via email.

General Rules
- 18 years and over. If you are 16 years of age and want to use the recovery space you will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is an active Recover by Xcell member.
- Dry towels are required, should you forget to bring one you can hire a towel for a $5 fee. Please no sandy towels.
- Appropriate and non-offensive swim clothing must be worn during your session, no nudity or underwear.
- This is a wet area facility, please take care when moving around – no running.
- Ensure you bring a water bottle to hydrate but strictly no food or other drinks to be consumed in this area.
- Please be respectful of other clients who are here to recover, unwind, and relax. Reduce noise and chatter to a minimum.
- Please respect the facility to avoid any damage. No swinging on ropes, slamming doors, splashing water, or touching any settings on units you are not permitted to.
- The recovery room is not suitable if you are pregnant.
- Recover by Xcell requires you to complete an induction and sign a waiver to confirm you are medically clear to use the facility and understand the terms of use.
